21. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief and small-claims matters, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered in the United States in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in New York, unless the parties agree otherwise, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. You and Renew On Time agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, but the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@renewontime.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if not possible, severed from these Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renew On Time regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, proposals, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
25. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
